A major pub chain has snapped up The Carpenter's Arms in Tonbridge.
Young's has added the site on Three Elm Lane to its existing 227-strong portfolio of outlets across London and the South.
The pub, which boasts a large bar, restaurant and nine en-suite hotel rooms, was previous owned by Jamie Brady who was at the helm for 30 years.
But he was opted to sell to Young & Co's Brewery.
Simon Bland, senior associate of chartered surveyors Fleurets, which handled the sale, said: "Over many years, Jamie Brady has built a fantastic business which I knew would be a perfect fit for Young’s and a very bright future lies ahead.”
The pub will continue to operate seven days a week.
