Recruitment Genius, based in Maidstone, takes over West Midlands-based Recruiter Site in latest of string of acquisitions

Kent-based Recruitment Genius has snapped up another firm as it continues to expand.
The Maidstone company has taken over West Midlands-based Recruiter Site, which has been operating since 2009.
It is the latest in a string of acquisitions including the takeovers of iEmploy in 2011 and Gatszu in 2012.
Recruitment Genius managing director Geoff Newman said: “We are delighted to welcome Recruiter Site’s customers. They will receive an improved service including access to our video and telephone interviewing tool at no extra cost.
“This acquisition represents yet another positive step in our company’s future.
“Our Maidstone head office continues to recruit the brightest and best talent and has a preferences to working with local businesses. As such, everyone has something to celebrate about our acquisition.”
Since launching, Recruitment Genius has filled nearly 60,000 jobs for more than 8,800 UK companies.
It also has a base in Sevenoaks.
