Swale Heating has won a quality seal of approval.
The independent installer, based in Sittingbourne, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 standard for Quality Management Systems.
Swale Heating has been installing and maintaining heating systems for both domestic and corporate clients for four decades.
It now employs 400 staff and celebrated its 40th anniversary last year.
The firm serves 120,000 homes and more than 35 housing associations and
local councils across Kent, outer London, Sussex, Essex and East Anglia.
Managing director Mark Pope said: "We're continually striving to maintain high standards for both clients and our employees so we're extremely proud to have achieved this status.
"Gaining ISO certificates is hard work but it’s worth the effort. It demonstrates our commitment to quality and efficiency and gives clients complete confidence in the professionalism of our staff."
