The team uses modern, minimally invasive treatments so there's no need for time off work, with walk-in, walk-out appointments.

Patients who regularly comment: “I wish I had my varicose veins done sooner” include Jessica, 56, a carer and dance teacher, who her veins treated at Veincentre and is now living life to the full.

“I had varicose veins for more than 20 years but finally plucked up the courage to have treatment. I can’t believe the procedure was so quick and painless. I’m now so proud of my ‘Tina Turner’ legs and hope to return to working on cruise ships teaching people to dance. Everyone should have the confidence to embrace life and Veincentre has helped me do just that."

The knowledgeable patient advisory team only work with patients who have varicose veins so are experienced in answering any queries their patients have, and every consultant goes through an intensive training programme under the guidance of the medical director, before becoming part of the team. The patient journey starts with a consultation and ultrasound scan, which helps Veincentre’s consultants determine if there is an underlying cause to the veins and recommend the treatment pathway based on this.

Veincentre treats the underlying cause and not just the symptoms and appearance of varicose veins, to ensure that they don’t come back.

Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA) - recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) - is the preferred treatment for varicose veins at Veincentre as it treats the underlying cause - venous insufficiency - rather than simply treating the visible varicosities.

With fixed prices - so you know exactly what you will pay - the company already has branches across the country in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham, with the Tunbridge Wells branch joining soon.

The branch at Oxford House, 15 - 17 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells will have two experienced consultants, who also work at Veincentre London, Miss Nung Rudarakanchana and Dr Leto Mailli, available for treatments.
