A trainee lawyer at Thomson Snell & Passmore has picked up an award for his commitment to the profession, which includes mentoring students interested in a career in law.
Samuel Davies accepted the West Kent & Weald Junior Lawyer Divisions Achievement Award for Trainee Solicitor of the Year at the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and District Law Society’s annual dinner, held at the Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells.
As well as being a mentor for University of Kent students, he is secretary of the West Kent & Weald Junior Lawyers’ Division, which brings together new lawyers in the region for networking and professional development.
It comes as the Dartford and Tunbridge Wells-based firm announces it is set to run an hour long Twitter Q&A, where people can ask about the process of buying and selling property.
It will run between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Thursday.
