TV presenter Dick Strawbridge to speak at South East Property Expo
12:55, 26 February 2018
TV presenter Dick Strawbridge will be the leading speaker at a property exhibition returning to Kent for its second year.
Mr Strawbridge, an expert on sustainable living, will talk at the South East Property Expo taking place at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood.
The presenter of BBC2's It's Not Easy Being Green and Channel 4's Escape to the Chateau will detail his own "unconventional and fascinating experiences with property".
Also confirmed for the conference is TV interior designer Pippa Jameson, an expert on renovation shows The Hotel Inspector, The Fixed and Bad Builders: Bang to Rights.
James Bradshaw, marketing manager from expo organisers Thackray Williams Solicitors, said: "The full line-up is still yet to be confirmed but we are really pleased to have secured some really interesting speakers at this early stage in the planning.
"We are confident that the show is going to be much bigger than last year."
Half of the stands at the exhibition have already been booked by businesses across the region, with organisers looking at ways to increase the size of the show to meet demand.
It will also feature a free sparkling wine bar run by Squerryes vineyard in Westerham and award-winning food and drink from Tonbridge Old Fire Station.
The event takes place on Thursday, October 11. Details at www.sepropertyexpo.co.uk
