A specialist property services company based in the county has appointed a new group chief commercial officer as it looks to become a £1billion turnover business within five years.
Swanley-based United Living Group has promoted Dave Rooney to the role.
He had previously served as managing director of its property services division since June 2021, having first joined the company in 2016.
The firm, which has offices nationwide, provides services from refurbishing buildings to handling the organisation of utilities to new and existing sites.
Neil Armstrong, chair and CEO of the group, said: “As part of its continuous evolution, the company has set out ambitious expansion plans to become a £1bn turnover business within five years which will be achieved both organically and through acquisitions.
"Dave will play a pivotal role in the achievement of our goals and delivering high quality outputs for our partners. He joins the board following notable successes for United Living Property Services under his direction and we are delighted to welcome him as group chief commercial officer."
Dave Rooney added: “I am excited about the opportunity to build on our collective success by taking on a new challenge of working with the board, to help drive the business forward by executing on its ambitious commercial objectives and working with some of the best people in the industry.”
