A webinar designed to help firms capitalise on the potential of trainees, apprentices and those on the Kickstart scheme takes place this week.
Hosted by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) , its development manager for Kent, Alison Parmar, says the national event is one which could be beneficial to firms in the county.
She explained: "The aim is to highlight a whole range of different ways that small business owners can support young people and grow a sustainable team.
"We have Department for Education deputy director Karen Woodward presenting first on traineeships, T-Levels, Kickstart and apprenticeships and then a conversation with two employers and two apprentices, all hosted by Anthony Impey, the new CEO of Be The Business."
Kickstart, Trainees and Apprentices – Shaping Your Business For The Future takes place on Thursday, October 15, and runs from noon until 1pm.
