WK Law breakfast club going from strength to strength
13:09, 23 April 2013
A breakfast club for lawyers goes beyond eggs and bacon for legal eagles.
WK Law, part of the accounting and business advisory firm Ashford-based Wilkins Kennedy that offers specialist services to solicitors, hosted its latest briefing at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club, Bearsted.
Paul Nixon gave a presentation on year-end tax planning, while partner Dan Nixon from WK Corporate Finance spoke about raising finance in a difficult climate.
Paul Nixon said: “The WK Law solicitors’ club continues to attract law firms from across the region that are interested in advice on the SRA handbook, strategic planning, LLP conversion, mergers and acquisitions, as well as benchmarking, Lexcel consultancy and wealth management.
“New regulations, legislation and topical issues are discussed at our seminars and our in-house bespoke training with Lexcel accredited chartered accountants also offers the opportunity to earn valuable CPD points.”
