The A2 has reopened after an earlier lorry crash near Barham.

The HGV reportedly collided with crash barriers on the coastbound carriageway just before 7am.

Police were called to the scene.

The road reopened earlier, but was again closed between the B2046 Adisham Road and Wick Lane to allow the vehicle to be recovered.

Diversions were in place until around midday, when the road reopened.

Delays have since cleared.
