Full list of council’s changes to Christmas bin collections across Kent

Councils across Kent have announced changes to bin collections for this Christmas period.
As friends and family come together for the festive period, it can create a lot of waste - from the packaging for deliveries to wrapping paper from presents and the leftovers we cannot finish on Boxing Day.
And residents are being urged to try to recycle as much as possible so they have enough space to get them through this season.
Kent County Council says its household waste recycling centres will be open on Christmas Eve from 9am until 2pm.
They will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day and open from December 27 to 30 at its normal hours.
Centres will be open on New Year’s Eve from 9am until 2pm.
Swale, Folkestone and Dover say its collection will change from:
Monday, December 25 to Wednesday, December 27
Tuesday, December 26 to Thursday, December 28
Wednesday, December 27 to Friday, December 29
Thursday, December 28 to Saturday, December 30
Friday, December 29 to Monday, January 1
Monday, January 1 to Tuesday, January 2
Tuesday, January 2 to Wednesday, January 3
Wednesday, January 3 to Thursday, January 4
Thursday, January 4 to Friday, January 5
Friday, January 5 to Saturday, January 6
Regularly scheduled bin collections will continue from Monday, January 8.
Dartford, Gravesham, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury follow this pattern between December 25 and 28, but will have the following changes:
Friday, December 29 to Tuesday, January 2
Monday, January 1 to Wednesday, January 3
Tuesday, January 2 to Thursday, January 4
Wednesday, January 3 to Friday, January 5
Thursday, January 4 to Saturday, January 6
Friday, January 5 to Monday, January 8
Monday, January 8 to Tuesday, January 9
Tuesday, January 9 to Wednesday, January 10
Wednesday, January 10 to Thursday, January 11
Thursday, January 11 to Friday, January 12
Collections return to normal from Monday, January 15.
Medway Council says there will be no brown bin or bulky collections from Thursday, December 21 until Monday, January 8.
There will be no bin collections on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, and there will be the following changes:
Monday, January 1 to Tuesday, January 2
Tuesday, January 2 to Wednesday, January 3
Wednesday, January 3 to Thursday, January 4
Thursday, January 4 to Friday, January 5
Friday, January 5 to Saturday, January 6
Thanet District Council says collections on Monday, December 25 will be collected on Saturday, December 23 instead.
Collections on Tuesday, December 26 will be collected on Saturday, December 3 instead.
And those on Monday, January 1 will be collected on Saturday, January 6.
There are no other changes.
Maidstone Borough Council says if your bin is due to be collected on Monday, December 25, your bin will be collected on Saturday, December 23..
From Tuesday, December 26, all collections will be delayed by one day.
Collections will return to normal from Monday, January 8.
Sevenoaks District Council will have the following changes:
Monday, December 25 to Saturday, December, 23
Tuesday, December 26 to Wednesday, December 27
Wednesday, December 27 to Thursday, December 28
Thursday, December 28 to Friday, December 29
Friday, December 29 to Saturday, December 30
Monday, January 1 to Tuesday, January 2
Tuesday, January 2 to Wednesday, January 3
Wednesday, January 3 to Thursday, January 4
Thursday, January 4 to Friday, January 5
Friday, January 5 to Saturday, January 6
Ashford Borough Council says it will have the following changes to its refuse collections:
Monday, December 25 to Saturday, December, 23
Tuesday, December 26 to Wednesday, December 27
Wednesday, December 27 to Thursday, December 28
Thursday, December 28 to Friday, December 29
Friday, December 29 to Saturday, December 30
And the following changes to recycling:
Monday, January 1 to Tuesday, January 2
Tuesday, January 2 to Wednesday, January 3
Wednesday, January 3 to Thursday, January 4
Thursday, January 4 to Friday, January 5
Friday, January 5 to Saturday, January 6
