It has been another busy week on the Brexit rollercoaster, dominated by the Supreme Court hearing into the government's decision to prorogue Parliament.
Closer to home, there was speculation Kent was gearing up for Brexit gridlock if the UK left the EU without a deal.
Here's a round-up of the key stories:
- Stand by for motorway misery - the second phase of Operation Brock - the contraflow along the M20 between Junction 8 and 9 - is set to be put in place days before the Brexit deadline of October 31
- As if that was not bad enough, it emerged that building work on the new Junction 10a would not be completed by the expected deadline - triggering concerns about the use of the Ashford Truckstop as a customs checking point
- A leaked memo obtained by the Financial Times suggested the government had under-estimated the impact of Brexit when it came to forecasts of the number of HGVs that could be delayed and queued up on our roads
- A pro-remain campaign group urged voters in Canterbury to swing behind Labour if they wanted another say on Brexit
- There was a "blue on blue" confrontation between one former Prime Minister and the current incumbent in Downing Street at the Supreme Court hearing - while David Cameron settled a few scores as he promoted his memoirs
