Brexiteers have been accused of breaking electoral law after donating to another political group.

A preliminary investigation by the Electoral Commission has condemned Vote Leave's contribution to a smaller group of pro-Brexit campaigners.

If found guilty, the watchdog could impose fines as a result of its findings.
