Railway services were delayed this morning due to a broken down train.
The line from Swanley to Rochester was blocked by the service at Sole Street.
Rail operator Southeastern worked to get another train to assist the faulty one clear of the line.
It has since been moved at about 9am so trains can now run through Swanley and Rochester.
There were delays in the area, but are now running normally through Sole Street.
Some services towards Gillingham had been diverted via alternative routes.
Earlier, trains were delayed or cancelled because of a signalling fault in the Canterbury West area.
Services were diverted between Ashford and Ramsgate via Dover Priory.
Engineers have since fixed the fault and services are back to normal now.
Passengers had been advised to check their journeys and allow extra time to reach their destination.
