TWO vehicles have been torched on an industrial estate in Strood. Firefighters were called to Whitewall Road, in Medway City Estate at about 3am on Sunday to find a Cavalier ablaze on one side of the road and a Nissan alight on the other.
A spokesman for the brigade said: "A petrol tank on one of the cars was leaking fuel all over the road.
"It was also a very windy night and the flames reached quite a height."
It took the Strood crew more than half an hour to douse out the flames.
