Police have launched an appeal for information to help find a woman who has gone missing from a care home.

Georgina Holmes, who is 20 and has learning difficulties, was last seen at the home in Sittingbourne yesterday.

Police say she has not been seen since 9.30pm and they are concerned for her welfare.

Georgina was wearing a blue jumper, furry body warmer, black leggings and black boots.
