Can you spot the difference?
This sign on the Rainham stretch of the A2 last month has been altered after complaints it was misleading.
The huge sign has also angered people living in the town who say it is totally out of proportion with the area.
There is no prospect of the info-panel being taken down any time soon. Medway Council insist the sign which shows the location and size of car parks in Rainham is wanted by traders keen to persuade passing shoppers to stop.
The changes were made after several Medway Messenger readers pointed out space seeking drivers were at risk of being sent down a blind-alley.
