The Ford Fiesta struck a crash barrier on the roundabout at 12.45pm on Thursday after first colliding with another car.

The crash caused delays as the emergency services and crash recovery team moved in.

The condition of the Fiesta driver has not been revealed.

A crew from Strood fire station were also sent to the scene to make sure the vehicle was not leaking petrol.
