Eight ponies stolen from barn

POLICE have appealed for information after the theft of rare ponies from a farm in the village of Shadoxhurst, near Ashford.
The eight ponies, worth £4,000, were stabled in a barn which had been broken into. It is believed the ponies were then led off the premises.
The theft took place sometime between 6pm on Monday (July 25) and 7.50am on Tuesday. The animals are owned by Mrs Julie Williams.
