Terlingham Forum, Folkestone

The first resident to move in at Terlingham Forum – Pentland’s new site near Folkestone, is making the most of it’s first class location.
Perched on the crest of the North Downs in Hawkinge, the development offers apartment living close to countryside.
Colin Mico says he was initially attracted to the development of 36 apartments because of its promise to create a diverse neighbourhood that serves the wider community.
He added: “I have always loved Hawkinge, especially the walks in the surrounding countryside. After living in an old Victorian period property that required a lot of maintaining, I knew it was the right time for me to downsize. I especially like how everything is on my doorstep and there’s a neighbourly atmosphere!”
Canterbury, Ashford and the M20 are all within easy reach, and the high speed rail from Folkestone to St Pancras takes less than an hour. The development will house a mixed community, including young couples, single professionals, and the elderly, and there will be a market square for community events.
Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director at Pentland Homes, says: “Hawkinge is a vibrant village and we’re committed to making Terlingham Forum an integral part of its development.
"The site has 36 high quality and spacious two bedroom apartments, which are priced from just £129,500, and are eligible to purchase under the Government’s NewBuy scheme for 5% deposit. Providing quality customer service is intrinsic to our work at Pentland Homes, and we’re thrilled Colin is happy in his new home.”
All apartments benefit from integrated appliances, audio operated door entry system with lift access to all properties, and a choice of fixtures and fittings from the Pentland Homes range.
