Fairview New Homes is giving buyers at The Mill, South Darenth, the chance to save money in January by offering a further month’s break from stamp duty.
Jim Holliday, sales director of Fairview New Homes, said: “The UK’s stamp duty holiday ended on December 31, but this extra Christmas gift from Fairview means that you can save up to £1,750 on homes at The Mill valued between £125,000 and £175,000, a welcome saving at an expensive time of the year”.
The Mill is a development of new and converted apartments, houses and duplexes on the site of the former Horton Kirby Paper Mill. Located in South Darenth The Mill is less than seven miles from Ebbsfleet International train station.
Prices for the remaining two-bedroom apartments at The Mill start from £147,995.
