A Bromley-based film company is breaking new ground in historical dramas.
TV Choice Productions is just about to release The Twisted Tale of Bloody Mary, shot entirely in and around Bromley.
It tells the tragic story of Mary Tudor and is being hailed as the first "guerrilla" costume drama.
The independent production stars local actors and transports the area back in time to the 16th century.

It features Shortlands Park, Eltham Palace and even writer/director Chris Barnard's own back garden.
Upnor Castle in Medway was used as the location for the infamous beheading of Anne Boleyn.
Farms in Hayes and Sevenoaks were used to shoot footage of the Protestant heretic burnings.
Keston Ponds in Bromley and Knole Park also feature.
Actors from across Kent participated in bringing Mary's story to life including schoolgirl Natalia Pieniazek, who plays the Child Mary, and science teacher Jason Sharp, who plays her father, Henry VIII.
The film paints a very honest picture of a woman true to her passion, pushed towards psychological ruin by her circumstances, played compellingly by Miranda French.
The film is due to be released on DVD through TV Choice Productions in September.
