When Keith and Maureen Seary first set eyes on a home at St Augustine’s Park in Westgate-on-Sea, they immediately fell in love with the development.

Set within the heart of the pretty coastal village in a delightful residential location, St Augustine’s Park is a unique development with a mixture of homes, ranging from two-bedroom apartments to three, four and five-bedroom houses, offering something for everyone.

Keith and Maureen said: “We had been living in Hove in East Sussex but after two and a half years, we decided that it just wasn’t for us. We had previously lived in Birchington and had always loved the area, so we decided to move back.

“When looking for our new home, we visited an estate agent in Westgate-on-Sea, where we discovered the development at St Augustine’s Park and knew that we had to take a look.

“We were impressed with how well designed it was and the fact that there is such an eclectic mix of homes, creating a lovely community to live in. On top of that, the quality of the houses is exceptional, with modern interiors.

“Having previously lived in Birchington, we were well aware of all that Westgate has to offer. With stunning coastal views, excellent rail and road links, two picturesque sandy beaches, a variety of shops and conveniences, not to mention a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs, St Augustine’s Park is in an ideal location.

“It has been two months since we moved in to our new home and we are happy. It was definitely the right decision moving back to the area and we are so pleased to have found St Augustine’s Park.

“Although we had not heard about housebuilder Millwood before we visited the development, we would recommend them to friends and family as we have been impressed with our entire buying experience and love our new home.”
