The Bulmers Cider Kent League annual meeting last Thursday saw newly-formed Fisher elected into the Premier Division.
Fisher, formed by supporters and club officials from the now-defunct Fisher Athletic, who were playing in Blue Square South last season, were elected unanimously by members clubs.
Kent League chairman Denise Richmond (pictured) said: "It's great news, especially as all the clubs voted to bring them in.
"I believe they will try their hardest to be a credit to the league and I'm sure they will be.
"Roy Vinter (league secretary) and myself met with Fisher 24 hours before the meeting and we were impressed with their dedication and enthusiasm. They've got a strong and youthful committee."
Croydon, citing travelling behind their decision, were allowed to move across to the Combined Counties League by the Football Association despite the Kent League being against the move.
With VCD promoted to the Ryman League as champions, the Premier Division will again run with 16 clubs next season.
In the reserve section, Tunbridge Wells, Dover Athletic and Greenwich Borough all withdrew their reserve sides. Beckenham Town and Erith Town entered reserve teams, with both clubs elected to Division 2.
The league cup draws were also made at the annual meeting with last season's Premier Division finalists, Erith Town, drawn against Greenwich Borough in the two-legged first round.
Other highlights include newboys Fisher taking on Faversham and last season's surprise package, Holmesdale, up against highly-fancied Herne Bay.
Last season's Division 1/2 Cup winners, Thamesmead, were given a bye to the second round where they will host Maidstone - a repeat of last season's semi-final tie.
Cup draws: Premier Division Cup, first round: Slade Green v Erith & Belvedere, Tunbridge Wells v Hythe, Sevenoaks v Norton Sports, Erith Town v Greenwich, Fisher v Faversham, Holmesdale v Herne Bay, Sporting Bengal v Beckenham, Lordswood v Deal.
Division 1/2 Cup, first round: Whitstable v Dartford, Welling v Beckenham, Deal v Chatham, Sevenoaks v Erith Town, Lordswood v Holmesdale, Ramsgate v Herne Bay.
