A group of artists succeeded where Napolean failed at an event held to show off what visitors to Medway can expect this summer at the 2009 Fuse Festival.
Members of Neo-Future Collective joined up with local artists yesterday afternoon for the mock invasion at Arethusa Jetty, Lower Upnor.
This year's Fuse Festival - probably the biggest arts events in Kent - launches on June 6 with a Bollywood carnival parade in Chatham.
Other highlights include a Monty Python inspired knight led magical mystery tour of Medway and bicycle ballet in Rochester.
