Police have revealed four people have now been arrested in connection with a “large scale” fight at a pub which saw three men suffer stab wounds.
The four were apprehended as part of a police investigation into the brawl at the Hop Pole Inn near Nettlestead, near Maidstone, on Sunday, October 13.
The incident happened between 12.30am and 1.20am and saw police and emergency services called to the venue where the three men were treated for their injuries.
None of the victims' stab wounds were said to be life-threatening.
Officers are now renewing their appeal for witnesses to come forward.
DC Alex Bagnall said: “There were around 60 people in the pub who would have witnessed this large-scale disturbance, between 12.30am and 1.20am.
“The violence has led to some appalling knife wounds, and it is only by chance there were no fatal consequences.
“We are continuing to urge anyone with information to come forward and would remind witnesses that this can be done anonymously, by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or by completing a form on their website.”
People can also call Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/173496/24.
Those arrested were aged 36, 40 and 42 along with a 17-year-old boy but officers say they have now been bailed pending further inquiries.
