With Greta Thunberg criticising an upcoming climate conference, to an Extinction Rebellion protester from Kent being arrested this weekend - climate change is currently one of the world's biggest issues.
So what is the right way to tackle the climate emergency - and how can we all get more involved?
Join our special guests to discuss the current situation on tonight's live-streamed episode of The Lowdown.
Our host Rachael Lewis is joined by Georgina Treloar, a member of Extinction Rebellion Canterbury.
We also have Simon Barnes, funding and partnership development manager at the University of Kent's Research and Innovation Services, and Jack Rodgers, co-owner of Otto's Coffee Shop, who recently started a campaign to get people thinking about the climate emergency.
The Lowdown is a daily show live-streamed Monday to Thursday at 6.00pm - here on KentOnline, Facebook and Twitter, and KMTV.
