Gillingham assistant manager John Schofield praises attitude of players as they finish busy schedule with no injuries

Gills boss Martin Allen is expected to have minimal injury concerns again as his side prepare to face Bristol Rovers at home.
Matt Fish limped off with an ankle injury on Saturday but there doesn’t appear to be any lasting damage.
It means that Allen will have the luxury of shuffling his starting XI once more.
And for assistant manager John Schofield (pictured), it’s credit to the players that they are able to operate such a policy.
"We are working hard on injury prevention and that is the key," said the Gills No.2.
"We work on recovery, eating properly, resting and the right intensity in training. Will we get injuries? Of course we will but if they are impact injuries, we have to swallow that.
"We have a group of players who have all played their part. That will only be the case if those players are going to contribute and to a man they have.
"Obviously now it gives us options, or problems, or headaches, all the things you want. You want to be scratching your head on a Thursday thinking, ‘who am I going to pick?’
They are always spoken to about the whys and wherefores."
"Lads have gone in and out the team and there attitude has been spot on.
