A man has appeared in court accused of trying to snatch a 10-week-old baby in a Chatham car park.
Dennis Milov, 33, of Beresford Road, Gillingham, has been charged with attempted abduction.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court this afternoon after pleading not guilty at an earlier hearing.
He has been granted bail until a further hearing at the same court on January 22, 2013, when the case will be committed to crown court.
The charge came after Cliffe mother Emma Porter, 27, reported her 10-week-old daughter Amelia was grabbed from her car at the Pentagon Shopping Centre, at about 1.30pm, on Friday, November 2.
Miss Porter had been shopping with Amelia and her two older daughters, Chloe, two, and five-year-old Teagan.
