Gillingham players Connor Essam and Dean Rance are due back at Priestfield after loan stint with Bishop's Stortford

Connor Essam and Dean Rance will return to Gillingham after spending a month on loan at Bishop’s Stortford.
Both players got valuable match practice with Essam (pictured) playing seven full matches, and scoring once, during his spell with the Blue Square Bet North outfit.
Midfielder Rance, like Essam in his second season as a professional at Priestfield, started the first three games for Stortford and was a substitute in their last five.
Gills boss Andy Hessenthaler is keen to see them return after his squad picked up a few injuries recently.
"They are coming back; they’ve done their time," he said.
Should the young players be sent out on loan for experience or kept with the squad? Comment below.
