Cody McDonald is set to smash the goalscoring records of some Priestfield greats in the coming weeks and the good news for Gillingham fans is that he looks like he wants to stay.

With seven games to go of the League 2 season the 24-year-old has already notched 22 goals and he is closing in oCody McDonald is set to smash the goalscoring records of some Priestfield greats in the coming weeks and the good news for Gillingham fans is that he looks like he wants to stay.n some real Gillingham big hitters.

He has already passed markers set by recent greats such as Marlon King, Bob Taylor, Steve Lovell and more recently Simeon Jackson but is fast approaching some even bigger hitters.
