Half term fun - Build a bug hotel in Rochester

Build a bug hotel at a family learning day at the Guildhall Museum.
A mini-beast roadshow is visiting the venue in Rochester High Street today.
All activities are free and are designed for children aged five to 11.
From 10.30am to 1pm youngsters can use recycled rubbish to create a snug place for bugs to spend the winter.
From noon until 1pm visitors can conduct an experiment with live woodlice to find out their most suitable habitat.
For both these workshops, tickets are available from 15 minutes before the start time on a first-come-first-served basis.
From 2pm to 4pm there will be a range of things to look at and activities to try including a wormery and minibeasts.
This workshop is open for anyone to drop in at any time.
