Half term traffic delays on M25 in Kent as drivers head off on holidays

Drivers heading off on half term getaways faced long delats.
There were long queues of traffic on the M25 for motorists on the approach to the Dartford Tunnel.
Congestion on the anticlockwise carriageway stretches back to Junction 3 at the Swanley Interchange, adding at least 40 minutes to journeys.
The traffic had finally cleared by around 9pm.
