Joe Healy says Welling United have to defend better

Welling midfielder Joe Healy has urged his team-mates to cut out their individual errors.
The Wings were in complete control of their FA Cup tie at Bromley last Saturday before pressing the self-destruct button to crash out 2-1.
Healy claimed it was down to everyone – not just the defenders – to get back to top form.
"We have to defend a lot better collectively," he stressed. "We are relying on the back four too much at the moment and that is then leading to mistakes.
"A lot of it has been individual mistakes and we need to concentrate better for 90 minutes.
"We are switching off for two or three minutes and it is costing us. There’s plenty to work on.
"It would be arrogant of us to say we are only making one or two mistakes in a game and being punished for them. We’re making too many mistakes and are eventually being punished."
