Kent students vow to fight top-up fees

THE way is now clear for universities to charge top-up fees.
Prime Minister Tony Blair has finally clinched victory on the issue after seeing off another revolt by Labour backbenchers.
But students in Kent are vowing to continue to protest about the policy.
