It remains to be seen whether Kent will be hit by torrential rain and thunderstorms.
The Met Office predicted storms would sweep over the south east and much of eastern England from around 6pm today.
Forecasters say the conditions are likely to last until 9pm on Wednesday.

The Met Office says there could also be hail and lightning and people should prepare for travel disruption.
There is also a chance homes and businesses could be flooded.
It comes a week after parts of the county witnessed the worst flooding seen in 30 years as Snodland and Birling residents were faced with water streaming down roads and into their homes.
A month's worth of rain fell on Monday, June 10, causing treacherous conditions on roads and motorways and a leisure centre also faces a £10,000 clean-up bill after water poured through the roof.
