Southern strikes latest
00:01, 23 January 2017
The latest in a series of strikes by Southern Railway guards and drivers in the Rail, Maritime and Transport union are due to get underway today.
The union says this week's action is being taken after it was excluded from talks between the company and Aslef - which has suspended its action.
RMT guards are walking out in their row over changes to the role.
The union also has a small number of members who drive Southern trains, who will strike tomorrow, Wednesday, and Friday.
It comes during a long-running dispute over driver-only trains.
Southern has now put drivers in sole control of the operation of the train, including closing the doors, on nearly 80% of routes.
