Lettings are the key to Century's business
16:55, 23 January 2010
Many estate agents have tacked lettings sections onto their business as sales have slumped over the last two years.
Century Lettings, however, remains one of the few agents still specialising solely in lettings.
With more than 10 years in the business, it employs Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) qualified staff, not the more loosely defined ARLA qualified company status.
Tenants actively searching for available properties have been professionally pre-qualified.
And as the sales market begins to pick up, joint sales and lettings agents are going to have to prioritise their time and staff between the two sections of their business, possibly to the detriment of landlords.
Century Lettings, above, specialising in just lettings, has the skills to tailor services to meet individual needs.
