12.35am - Welcome to the last day of London 2012. :'(

Click here to read Brown's reaction to finishing fifth, missing out on the medals and Rio.

I'm in the Park first thing tomorrow to bring you the final action from London 2012.

Some GB seven-a-side football at 8.30am, I'll keep you updated on David Weir's marathon attempt and also I'll be in the OS providing live commentary on the Closing Ceremony.

Get the tissues ready please.

See you tomorrow.

10.35pm - Great for GB to finish on a high, claiming fifth place with a 59-47 win over Sweden.

They did the hard work early in the game and in truth were very comfortable for much of the contest.

I'll bring you Steve's reaction to the Games a bit later tonight, initial reaction, as always, on twitter @kentonline2012

10.14pm - GB win the third quarter too.... only by one though. It's 42-36 with eight minutes to play.

Lot of faces rolling on and off the floor but they've managed to keep Sweden at bay and more importantly keep scoring themselves.

9.52pm - Another great quarter from GB and they have extended their lead at the break, it's 27-22.

They have looked good at both ends of the floor, some smothering defence and some great scoring too.

It's all going FAR too well to be honest! :)

9.32pm - GB lead 13-11 at the end of the first quarter and have produced some good defence.

By the way there's a very cool pink and green Union flag over the other side with Steve Brown's name written on it.

Ahhhh, here we go it's my last ever kiss cam!

9.23pm - Bright start from GB, they've robbed the Swedes a couple of times and are out to a 7-5 lead midway through the opening eight-minute quarter.

9.05pm - We're 10mins from the start of the GB v Sweden clash.

It should be tight, though Sweden have beaten France and Belgium by more than GB beat those teams.

8.55pm - Welcome back to the Arena. Wow it's noisy here. Nice to hear.

I've had a nice afternoon, thanks for asking, saw Spain beat Argentina on pens to win blind football bronze then Brazil beat France 2-0 to take gold then rushed over to see Ellie Simmonds take silver in the S6 100m freestyle to finish the Games with four medals.

Then I did what so many of you will have done, but I've not had the chance. I sat in Park Live surrounded by thousands of people and watched the TV and enjoyed the feelgood vibe of the park.

I'll miss it a very great deal.

But I can tell you that I will be providing live updates from inside the Olympic Stadium tomorrow for the Closing Ceremony which is apparently going to be incredible.

Coldplay are confirmed but some of the other names rumoured to be performing are exciting. What a way to finish London 2012 - the greatest summer of my life, and hopefully some of yours too!

2.30pm - It's Sweden.

They beat France 58-48 so it's a tough test for GB as they aim to finish fifth.

I'll be back ahead of the start of that at 9.15pm.

I'm having a little 'me' time in the Park today. Went to athletics for the last time, heading over to see the blind football gold medal match in a minute and hope to csatch Ellie Simmonds final swim in person later on.

Follow me on twitter - @kentonline2012 if you want updates.

11.50am - Another gold for GB at Brands Hatch and David Stone adds the Mixed T1-2 road race title to the one he won in Beijing.

That's three golds in four days in Kent for GB and seven medals overall.

I think we can be proud of just how hospitable we have been.

11.48am - Click here for Steve's reaction to beating Belgium, meeting Chris Robshaw and whether they want Sweden or France tonight.

10.50am - Great and moral boosting win for GB.

They triumphed 54-49 and recovered well from being behind after the first quarter, winning the middle two comfortably and getting through a scrappy final quarter without too much stress.

I'll bring you Steve's reaction just as soon as I can.

Sweden v France now for the right to play GB for 5th place tonight at 9.15pm

10.28am - GB have extended their lead in the third. They have turned the ball over several times and capitalised to make it 43-36 at the end of the third.

14-10 in this quarter. Great stuff.

10.07am - Much better second quarter from GB who lead 29-26 at half-time.

Few turnovers from GB, some smothering defence and look where it's got us.

Phipps has played like a man possessed after the disappointment of last night and has scored the majority of GB's goals.

GB took the quarter 16-11, which is pretty good by anyone's standards.

9.46am - It was point for point almost all the way but two late turnovers by GB mean Belgium have sneaked into a 15-13 lead at the end of the first quarter.

GB have introduced Phipps and blunderbuss Ross Morrison for the second quarter however.

9.33am - Lars Mertens, the Belgium No8 is their dangerman and he's scored four already as it's 5-5 early on.

He is the team's 3.5pt player - remember the four player's can only add up to eight combined - so the other players are not nearly as fast as he is.

Aaron Phipps, GB's 3.5 remains on the bench for now.

9.29am - Teams are out, anthems done, fans still streaming in to a quiet arena and we're a minute away from the tip-off.

9am - Good morning, it's the morning after the night before.... somewhere within a few hundred metres of me a couple of table tennis lads are probably asleep with hangovers in the Athlete's Village, but I'm already in my seat here at the Arena.

I'm here to see if Steve Brown, plus his Kent Crusaders teammates Kylie Grimes, Andy Barrow and Bulbul Hussain, can raise themselves to overcome Belgium and secure a fifth-placed play-off back here tonight at 9.15pm against the winner of the Sweden v France game.

There's plenty more action at the Games however, with Kent hosting the fourth day of road cycling and Britain's David Stone goes in the Mixed T1-2 road race around 10.30am.

We've won a medal every day so far in Kent, just saying....
