A well-timed part exchange deal meant a quick move to a dream home for Stephen and Stefanie Triggs.

They said 'goodbye' to their two-bedroom, 1950s-built bungalow in Penenden Heath, near Maidstone, and moved in to a Hillreed Homes four-bedroom semi-detached Wingham house type at the School Yard, East Malling.
