M1 death crash family named

The family killed in an accident in which a Polish man drove the wrong way up the M1 were from Kent.

The four people were in a Jaguar travelling south in Bedfordshire on Saturday night when it was struck by a VW Passat going in the wrong direction.

They were brother and sister Lakhdip and Navjit Nagra, both in their 20s, their mother and an uncle.

Lakhdip Nagra, 27, his sister Navjit Nagra, 28, their mother, Inderjit Nagra, 48, and relative Chain Singh, 46, all lived at the same address, in Littleheath Road, Bexleyheath.

It is believed they were on a trip to mourn the loss of close family members.

The driver of the Passat was a Polish man from Leicester - 24-year old Mariusz Adamski.
