M20 problems near Ashford continue, but London-bound congestion easing
07:36, 15 November 2017
Update: Traffic is slow but now improving on both directions of the M20.
Police temporarily held back traffic after an earlier accident between J3 M26 and J2 A20/A227 (Wrotham Brands Hatch Circuit), but the damaged vehicles have now been moved to the hard shoulder.
All lanes have been re-opened.
Meanwhile, traffic on the coast-bound side of the motorway between J10 A20 (Ashford South) and J11 B2068 (Hythe/Westenhanger) which was reduced to one lane is now clearing.
All three lanes were re-opened at 8.30am, after the accident yesterday afternoon when a lorry overturned.
