Man accused of assault on police officer

A man has been remanded in custody after an alleged assault on a police officer in Chatham.
Paul Coleman, 25, from Woolwich, London was charged following an incident in Chatham High Street, at about 11.30am on Tuesday, February 10.
He was remanded in custody by Medway magistrates and will appear in court again next week.
