Man arrested on bail charge

A man has been arrested on suspicion of breaching his bail conditions after being spotted by eagle-eyed officers out on patrol.
The 37-year-old from Staplehurst, who has not been named, was spotted near a hand-car wash garage on Cuxton Road at about 10.45am on Monday.
A spokesman for Medway Police said: “He was arrested for breach of bail as he is not allowed to be north of Tonbridge.”
He is currently in custody at Medway Police Station.
