Man charged with grievous bodily in Dover due in court

A 28-year-old charged with attacking a man found with serious head injuries in Dover is due in court today.
Ruslan Gaifullins, of no fixed address, is accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Tony Roche.
The 54-year-old was found in a flat in Priory Road on September 18 with serious head injuries. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate, for treatment.
Gaifullins is due to appear at Canterbury Crown Court this morning.
