Man dead and woman fights for her life

Police are investigating a double stabbing at a house in St Margaret's-at-Cliffe where a man has died and a woman is fighting for her life.
The incident happened at a house in Ash Grove, at about 8am yesterday.
Police say they believe it was a domestic incident.
South Kent police spokeswoman Rosy Alexander said: "Officers do not believe anyone else is connected with this incident, however investigators are awaiting the results of the post mortem to confirm this."
Jill Playle, spokeswoman for Kent Air Ambulance, said: "Our crew did attend and they accompanied the casualties by road to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford within 26 minutes."
The man, 54, died in the afternoon.
Police have not yet interviewed the 50 year-old woman.
An appeal for information has been released.
Officers are especially interested to speak to anyone who saw a Vauxhall Vectra parked at the car park at St Margaret's Country Club, Reach Road.
