A TREE will be planted in memory of murdered teenager Ben Hitchcock at a remembrance ceremony at his school today.
Friends and teachers of the 16-year-old stab victim - as well as his mother Leigh - will gather at Kelsey Park Sports College, Beckenham, at 4pm.
Ben, from Penge, died after being stabbed to death in a street fight involving up to 40 youths in Southend Road, Beckenham, on June 23.
An investigation into his murder is ongoing and more than 20 youths from the Beckenham and Lewisham areas have been arrested. No-one has yet been charged.
