Sittingbourne secured a lucrative home tie with Dartford after a dramatic 2-1 FA Trophy preliminary round replay win at Wingate & Finchley.

Matt Bourne struck in extra-time to complete a fine comeback and earn a home tie with the Ryman League Premier Division leaders in the first qualifying round on October 17.

Nick Reeves had scored an own goal to put the north London side ahead but Colin Richmond fired in a superb free-kick to equalise in first half stoppage time.

After a goalless second half, the game went into extra-time and just four minutes in, Bourne (pictured) headed home Richmond's corner and the visitors then withstood a barrage of pressure from the home side to progress.

Whitstable Town crashed out of the FA Trophy on penalties in their preliminary round replay at Walton & Hersham.

Whitstable were denied a win by an injury-time equaliser by the 10-man Swans and the game was deadlocked at 3-3 after extra-time before the home side prevailed 3-1 on spot-kicks to earn a first qualifying round tie at Tooting & Mitcham.

Thamesmead had three players and their manager sent-off as they lost 2-1 at home to Leatherhead.

Trailing to first-half goals from Tommy Hutchings and Dean Gunner, the Mead had Junior Baker sent-off for a professional foul and Lewis Tozer for dissent.

They immediately pulled a goal back with nine men through a Gunner own goal but failed to seriously test the visitors again before striker Andy Constable collected a second yellow card late on, and manager Keith McMahon was sent to the stands for his protests.
