Police ask for help to find missing 16-year-old boy with links to Kent

Police are asking for help to find a missing boy who has links to Kent.
Luca, 16, from Watford, was last seen in the town on Monday.
Now Hertforshire police is asking for anyone who may have seen the teenager to come forward.
He is 5ft 8in tall with black, collar length hair and was wearing a navy jacket and Nike tracksuit.
He was also wearing a brown Montcler beanie hat and black Nike trainers.
A police spokesman said: "Luca may be in the Ilford, Kent, Watford or Glasgow areas.
"If you have seen Luca since he was reported missing or have information about where he has been, please call Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101.
"If you believe you are with Luca now or have seen him in the last few moments, please call 999 immediately."
