AN UP and coming motorcross rider is setting his racing goals high.
Last year 14-year-old Ben Turner, from Gillingham, won the South of England Minimoto Championship in his first year of racing.
This year he looks set to finish second in both the East Midlands Racing Association's (EMRA) JAWA 72cc GP Championship, and the South of England Motorcycle Racing Club's (SEMRC) Super Moto Championship.
His father Rob said: "He can't get first in either but is guaranteed second in the EMRA Championship. It is a fantastic achievement.
"I'd like to see him go further and maybe make the British Superbikes. He has got an exceptional talent."
